The area was dark and quiet, no security, no spotlights for parking areas, no surety for vehicles. No elevators, the room smelled old, and dusty and just like if I was in a horror movie, the bathroom had holes in the ceiling and holes in the walls. All I heard were running up and down the hallways which in fact had no lighting, felt I was in N.Y.C. And at least I’m mentally prepared for NY but NY makes it for attractions. This hotel did not feel you were on the strip, it felt disturbed. Never again, then the staff were sketchy. They had no shame to speak of the guest as if they did not exist in front of them. Horrible, HORRIBLE place.

The room was clean, the air conditioning was working without issues (very important in 110F heat in the middle of Mojave desert), the staff were helpful and nice.

I did not stay at location because I felt like it wasn't safe environment for my family to be in. There was a lot of drug addicts prostitution around the building. Did not feel safe. Tried to cancel and need my refund back

They have the wrong address on their online profile. Had me driving way across town to a wrong address. I called the number on their profile & asked a lady if I could check in early & she said yes. I drive way across town to have the lady tell me I can’t check in till after 3pm. Why would you waste my time.

All the hotel staff were helpful and they did everything I asked for on time. I appreciate the stay in LV as the hotel's location is especially near the STRAD tower and extremely near the bus station, which is something nice for money saving. Thank you so much, SUPER 8. You are SUPER.

They charged me for soiled towels. I had to go over desk top, dresser and they charged me $10 each for 2 face clothes and 2 hand towels. I always clean out the tub in a facility. It was wet before I got to the room and I wiped up my tracks off of the wood/tile floor.

So many drugs and fights in parking lot and area. Very dirty. I left there after the first night of horror and moved to circus circus. Horrible place to stay.
